Hi beautiful people welcome back to my blog. Today I am
going to be talking about my most favorite Top 10 KOREAN SKINCARE PRODUCTS.
All of the products that I have here are the ones that I’ve
totally loved and used quite a lot in the past year. Some of these are
repurchases, some are even third- and fourth-time purchases. Not just that, I
have some of my holy grails in this blog as well.
Now without further ado let's dive right into this blog but
before diving into the blog I would also like to mention that I’ll be doing a
Part 2 where I talk about another TOP 10 LIST OF KOREAN SKINCARE PRODUCTS that I
totally love because I have more than 10 products from the Korean skincare
range.
The products in this blog are in no particular order of preference
however the first two products that I am going to show you definitely hit the
mark for me and they are my absolute favorites.
Klairs
Vitamin C Drops
The first one, no surprises is from Klaire's is the Klaire's
Vitamin C Drops. It's basically a vitamin c serum. I have mentioned about this
product plenty of times on my platform simply because it's one of the best Vitamin
C serums out there. Not just that the formulation in here is also pretty incredible.
Now firstly this has 5% vitamin C in the form of ascorbic
acid. A good vitamin C serum acts as an antioxidant and it will work on hyperpigmentation,
fade brown spots. If you're looking for a brightening facial serum, a good
vitamin C does the job.
Also, vitamin C serum like this is anti-aging. This facial
serum has another powerful ingredient which is centella asiatica. An ingredient
I’ve spoken a lot about on my platform because it does not only have amino acids
in it. It's also rich in beta-carotene and numerous potent phytochemicals. Centralized
yataka also calms down any inflammation on the skin.
This is a great product even if you have sensitive skin
because it is fragrance free. Also, asiatica boosts collagen and stimulates new
cell growth. I have done a full review not just on this product but on a lot of
other facial serums and I am going to that blog right below here in this blog.
Klairs
Vitamin E Mask
Moving on to the second product on my list what I have here is
the Klaire's vitamin E mask. Now this basically comes in a duo and you get this
with the vitamin E serum. This is called the vitamin duo; it has the vitamin C
drop and the vitamin E mask.
Honestly speaking I feel the Klairs vitamin c and this is
such a powerful combination. This is superb lightweight sleeping mask and this
is a super heavy dose of vitamin E. Needless to say vitamin E is an antioxidant
and it also slows down aging so, if you're using your vitamin c serum at night go
in with this. It's such a beautiful, such a potent formula to have.
Some of the ingredients which this particular mask has and
some beautiful ingredients right here are tocopherol acetate which is a form of
vitamin E, we also have niacinamide which is a brightening agent, we have
glycerin which is a great humectant, sodium hyaluronate which is a form of hyaluronic
acid and also butylene glycol which is a great conditioning it is going to
soften your skin.
So, if you are someone who's looking for a good combination
to use at night of a serum and of a moisturizer or a sleeping mask, I highly recommend
this vitamin duo.
Faceshop
Rice Water Bright Foaming Cleanser
Moving on to the next product what I have here is the Rice Water
Bright Foaming Cleanser from Faceshop. This is a product that I have repurchased
it again and again. I really appreciate their products simply because it helps
get rid of any sort of makeup after you've cleansed your makeup with a cleansing
balm. It forms really well also because it's non-stripping on the skin, it would
really work on dry skin and also if you are a combination skin more towards dry.
Getting into the ingredient list, this has pretty much on
top of the list is glycerin which is a great humectant and I have spoken the
importance of glycerin and the fact that I like it as an ingredient in my
skincare products so much especially if you put it in a wash off product. It
really makes the product a non-stripping one at that, the other good ingredient
of course is rice water. Now rice water is really rich in vitamin A, B and E
and also ceramides.
Innisfree
Super Volcanic Pore Clay Mask 2x
Moving on I have a product from Innisfree. This is the Super
Volcanic Pore Clay Mask 2x. A product that did feature in my Top 10 Face Mask List as well. If you haven't read that blog, I am going to link it below.
A mask that I feel really detoxifies my skin. The way I use
it is before removing this mask I take some water in my palms and just massage
the mask into my skin. It also has some very soft beads which I feel very gently
exfoliate the skin as well.
Talking about ingredients this has some amazing ones here. This
definitely has green tea in it which is an antioxidant also is
anti-inflammatory so whenever I feel I have inflamed skin I try and go in with this.
Also, it works beautifully on my black and white heads. This also has
tocopherol which is a form of vitamin E and which basically makes the mask a non-stripping
one.
Innisfree
Green Tea Cleansing Oil
Another product from Innisfree what I have is the Green Tea Cleansing
Oil. Firstly, this is such a beautiful makeup removing cleansing oil so
lightweight it gets rid of all your makeup even waterproof mascara and your
waterproof eyeliner. A product I definitely fell in love with the first time I
used it.
This also has salicylic acid in it and let me tell you that
expecting mothers should stay away from some salicylic acid. Other then that
rest of people can definitely use it.
It is so gentle on the skin because its oil based, it is
non-stripping and any skin type whether your dry skin, combination skin you're
likely to love this more because it's an oil-based cleanser. otherwise, most
skin types can use this.
Some of the ingredients that this particular cleansing oil
has is that this basically is formulated with green tea of course, you also
have glycerin you, sunflower seed oil, panthenol, vitamin B5, butylene glycol
and also salicylic acid.
Innisfree
Green Tea Seed Serum
Another product from Innisfree that I wanted to feature in
this blog that I have used it in the past and loved it is the Innisfree Green Tea
Seed Serum. The serum is formulated with glycerin, butylene glycol, green tea,
sodium hyaluronate and also hyaluronic acid.
So, because it has such hydrating ingredients it makes it a
very hydrating facial serum, having said that it's extremely lightweight. It
does have fragrance however; I know a few acne-prone skin people and people who
suffer from sensitivity on their skin and both skin conditions actually seem to
love that product simply because it's so lightweight on the skin. It gets
absorbed in the skin very easily.
Even if your dry skin or your combination don't shy away
from trying this product because it has both sodium hyaluronate and hyaluronic
acid in it and also some great humectants in there alongside butylene glycol
which is a skin softener.
Overall, definitely a product that gets a thumbs up from me.
Klairs Supple Preparation Toner
My next product would also be from Klaire's what I have here
is the Klairs Supple Preparation Toner. Beautiful hydrating toner, it's a calming
and soothing toner as well because of the ingredients in here.
Now when you turn around the bottle you will see a very
intensive ingredient list but please don't get intimidated because there are
some great ingredients in this one. Some of the key ingredients that really make
it a beautiful hydrating toner is butylene glycol which is a humectant solvent
it's a penetration enhancer and of course is a preservative booster as well.
Then we have vitamin E and vitamin C so it can be used this
as a brightening toner, we also have hyaluronic acid which is why it's a very
hydrating toner and then we have centaur asiatica panthenol pro vitamin B5, we
have licorice root extract, another brightening ingredient amino acids and copper
tripeptides.
Overall, this was a product that when I first bought it, I
did not land up loving the product. But this is a kind of product that actually
grows on you so, the moment you use it, the first week I felt that this is an
average product.
But I started to feel the difference in my skin because when
I washed my face, I went in with this one and the best way to actually use it
is not on a cotton pad. It is to take a few drops on your palms press the
product between your palms and then press it into your skin.
That way it really hydrates your skin and works as a very
hydrating toner.
Laneige Sleeping Lip Mask Berry
Next up we have a product from Laneige and you won't be
surprised to see this. This is the Laneige Sleeping Lip Mask Berry. I’ve used
many of these tubs and I love this because it's so hydrating on the lips. Especially
for me because my lips chap very easily. They get dry very easily so, this is
something that I love and reach out for a lot, to be honest whether it's winters
or summers.
It also has a very slight tint so, if you are someone who
doesn't like wearing lipsticks but you like a beautiful tinted hydrating lip
balm this is the one that I love and definitely something that you can try.
Faceshop White Seed Brightening Serum
Next up we have a brightening serum from Faceshop. What I
have here is the Faceshop White Seed Brightening Serum. Now definitely a
very lightweight serum and this is formulated with white seed and
white willow bark extract alongside logan seed extract. Again,
something if you are oily skin or if you are someone who's combination.
Even acne prone for that matter are likely to love this product.
Because it really hydrates the skin from within and
like I said it's a brightening serum as well and the texture here
is really lightweight.
Faceshop Chia Seed No Shine Intense Hydrating Cream
My last product is also from Faceshop. What I have here is
the Chia Seed No Shine Intense Hydrating Cream. This product also featured in
my Top 10 Favorite Moisturizers List. If you haven't seen that blog, I will
link it.
Beautiful moisturizer, overall, I feel definitely a product that's
going to work on a couple of different skin types and it's very hydrating at
least for combination skin in summers and something that I definitely will
reach out in summers quite a lot as well
So, guys with that it's a wrap. I really hope that you
enjoyed this blog and were able to take some pics from my favorite Korean
skincare products definitely let me know in the comment section below.
