BEST BLACK MATTE EYELINERS & KOHL PENCILS - My Top 30

by , in

In today's blog I am going to be sharing with you my most favorite eyeliners and kohl pencils. In this blog I have 30 options for you between eyeliners and kohl pencils.

Since the time I started wearing makeup I have tried many eyeliners and many kohl pencils and I feel a good eyeliner and a good kohl pencil is a must to have in practically everyone's makeup kit. Because it's easy to use and are versatile products.

A kohl pencil is something if pigmented you can use to smoke out your lower lash line, you can apply it on your upper water line, you can also use it as an eyeshadow smoke out make a smokey eye look.

All the eyeliner options and kohl options that I have for you here all of these I have from the affordable range which is the drugstore range and some very affordable options as well moving on to some of the higher end options as well. So, you can take your pick depending upon your budget.

First, I am going to be talking about my most favorite eyeliners and I am going to be telling you my favorite three pen eyeliners. As we go, I am also going to tell you which are the ones that are my most favorite, the ones that I reach out for the most.

Estee Lauder Little Black Liner - ONYX

BUY NOW BUY NOW

The first eyeliner that I have for you which is a pen liner this is the Estee Lauder Pen Eyeliner, extremely pigmented and what I like about this is that it has two ends to it. The one end is the pointed one and the other end is more to the thicker side. So, you have a more pointed end to make your wing and then the other end to fill in.

Then I have two more options because this of course is a little bit on the higher end of things. But I have two options that are very affordable.

Nykaa Get Inked! Sketch Eyeliner Pen - Onyx 01

The first one which is my most favorite. I reach out for this the most when I use a pen eyeliner is the Nykaa Get Inked Pen Eyeliner. This has a beautiful felt tip and also has a very pigmented sort of an eyeliner and it basically sits really well. These are all water resistant and smudge resistant formulas. I have purchased this very recently and I’ve been using this quite a lot.

KIRO Waterproof Soft-Matte Eyeliner Pen - Carbon Black

BUY NOW BUY NOW

The third eyeliner that I have which is also fairly affordable is from Kiro. This also has a beautiful felt tip so you can make your wing and you can also basically fill your wing in with this, these sit fairly matte. Now if you see all the three eyeliners are extremely matte and you do have that very soft satin finish. But when you apply it on your lids it basically shows absolutely matte finish.

If you are someone who likes extremely matte formulas then I would suggest you go in for liquid eyeliners and for liquid eyeliners I have a few incredible options here for you. First let's look at some of the affordable options.

Maybelline New York Colossal Bold Eyeliner - Black

BUY NOW BUY NOW

The first most affordable option and which I feel is extremely easily available in the market as well is the Maybelline Bold Eyeliner. This is the Maybelline Colossal Eyeliner. It's a great eyeliner, very popular and like I said very pocket friendly as well. What I like about this is the tip of it which is extremely thin and you can create a very thin wing with this and you can create or you can basically play around with the thickness of your eyeliner.

So, if you like a thin eyeliner, I highly recommend going in with this. It's a matte formula so you're going to love this.

Miss Claire Matte Stay Liquid Eyeliner - Black

BUY NOW BUY NOW

Moving on I have a super matte black and extremely pigmented eyeliner which is from the brand Miss Claire, this is their Matte Liquid Eyeliner. The thing with this eyeliner is it's more than affordable, it's around 350 rupees, it is very pigmented and the only thing I feel is the brush it is not beginner friendly. But honestly the brush for the price you pay is not bad at all.

I don't have any trouble creating a wing with this but if you're a beginner you may feel a little bit of trouble creating a wing and so for that you can use an eyeliner brush. Because the liquid eyeliner itself is very pigmented. It's a pretty thin brush, the only thing is the end. I would have liked to be a little bit more tapered and pointed to make that wing. But I would say it's one of the blackest eyeliners that I’ve ever used.

Lakme Absolute Shine Line Eyeliner - Black

BUY NOW BUY NOW

The next I have here is the Lakme Absolute Shine Line which says shine line but it's actually a matte eyeliner. This is something very portable I feel extremely affordable as well. But honestly this is a great eyeliner and I do reach out for this one and the Miss Claire one quite a lot as well. a few more

Essence Super last Waterproof Eyeliner - Black

Now this one is something that I picked up while I was traveling abroad long time ago. This brand which is Essence is now available in India. This is the essence super last eyeliner, it's a water-resistant formula and smudge proof as well. I feel this is one of the most pigmented and the blackest eyeliner that I’ve used.

I think I am going to be saying that for most of the eyeliners that I have here because like I said I am a sucker for a good eyeliner and I pick up one every time I go out shopping. Even if I am not shopping for makeup, I would just go see what is a new eyeliner and a kohl pencil that has launched.

So, coming back to Essence eyeliner it's a very pigmented. This has a felt tip which is pretty long. Again, something I feel had it been pointed would have been nice for beginners. I don't have a problem creating a wing with this but if you are a beginner, I would highly recommend using an eyeliner brush with this one.

Great product, very affordable, I think this is about 400 or 500 rupees which is very affordable. It lasts you almost forever and it doesn't dry out.

Cuffs N Lashes Liquid Eyeliner

BUY NOW BUY NOW

Moving on I have an eyeliner from Cuffs N Lashes. Now this is a brand that has very affordable products. This eyeliner is 199 Rupees definitely worth the money. This came to me in PR I did not buy it in all honesty and this is a very good eyeliner. It has a very good brush as well, it's pigmented, it's black everything you need in an eyeliner. The tip is also really thin and nice and pointed for you to make a nice winged eyeliner.

It's a great option if you're looking for a good affordable version you can definitely pick this one up.

Kay Beauty Quick Dry Liquid Eyeliner - Black Canvas

Then I have another affordable one from the drugstore. This is not a super matte formula. This is from Kay Beauty it's their black colored eyeliner which is also a very pigmented eyeliner. These eyeliners sit really well as well the one from Kay Beauty. The only thing I would like them to be a little bit more matte. They have a very soft satin finish and it has a great tip as well to make a good eyeliner. To be very precise with your eyeliner like I said the only thing I would have liked is for the eyeliner itself to be a little bit more matte.

Colorbar All-Matte Eyeliner

BUY NOW BUY NOW

Then moving on to the last drugstore eyeliner that I have for you and this is also something that I reach out for quite a lot it is the Colorbar Eyeliner. I’ve used this in the black color it's a beautiful pigmented eyeliner. I absolutely love its blue color and brown color as well. The Colorbar has such a beautiful blue eyeliner so, if you are looking for a good blue eyeliner, I highly recommend this one.

It is actually a very matte formula and it's extremely pigmented. It's a very nice soft felt tip and it's extremely pointed as well so, you can make a wonderful very precise line with this one and you can make a great wing with this and go ahead and fill it up as well.

The Balm Schwing Liquid Eyeliner - Black

Now coming to a few of the high-end eyeliners that I have for you here and my most favorite from the high-end ones. The one that I wear quite a lot is the Balm Schwing Liquid Eyeliner. This is a very popular product and I’ve seen a lot of beauty bloggers talk about this. Rightly so it's a great-great product. It is extremely pigmented, it's a water-resistant formula, it's smudge resistant as well. You get a great tip here again, a felt tip great one of that.

If you're looking for a good matte one and you're in the mood of splurging I would highly recommend this one.

Huda Beauty Life Liner Duo Pencil & Liquid Eyeliner

Another eyeliner that I totally love is from Huda Beauty. This is their liquid eyeliner and also a retractable kohl pencil on the other end. Now I am not a big fan of the retractable pencil. I feel it could have been a lot more pigmented. Nonetheless it's not that bad but I would have liked it to be a little bit more pigmented.

Honestly, I’ve used a lot more pigmented kohl pencils which I am going to be talking about next. That's why I don't feel this is a great one at that but definitely something that you can use make do with. But if you're spending this much you definitely expect a good cool pencil on the other end.

However, the reason why I am showing you this is it has a beautiful liquid eyeliner. For me honestly this was worth it the moment I used the eyeliner. The only thing with the eyeliner is you have to make sure that you close it absolutely tight otherwise it dries out because the packaging is such.

The thing with this particular eyeliner is it's a different formula, it's a cross between a gel eyeliner and a liquid eyeliner. It's extremely pigmented, it's black as hell, it's matte as hell. If you are someone who loves a good deep black eyeliner go with this one.

It is really pigmented, sits well on your eyelids, absolutely smudge proof, it's water resistant as well. This is definitely an eyeliner that I highly recommend. If you don't mind a not so pigmented cold pencil on the other end then you can definitely try this particular one.

Anastasia Beverly Hills Gel Eyeliner

Then moving on I am going to be talking about a little bit of a different formulation in eyeliners. I am talking about the gel liners and my most favorite is from Anastasia Beverly Hills. Now I know this is on the higher end of things. If you don't want to go for this one and you want a more affordable version which is mostly a dupe. I would say for the Anastasia one is the L’Oréal Gel Eyeliner and even the Maybelline one.

Now both of these eyeliners the L’Oréal and the Maybelline I have used and they work really well. I always wanted to try the Anastasia one. It is absolutely gorgeous, it's absolutely beautiful, very pigmented. I use this for my smoky eyes all the time and also, it’s so buttery that it sets in really nice as an eyeliner. But if you want to use it as an eyeshadow, smudge it out with a smudger then also it sits beautifully.

So, if you're someone who likes a good smoky eye then this is the one to go for. It sits perfectly well and it does not move that's what I like about it. I love wearing a good gel eyeliner in my waterline, every time I have to wear one if I can't find a good kohl pencil then this is the one that I would all the time go in for.

SUVA Beauty Hydra Liner - Doodle

The other eyeliners which were recently launched in India are these Suva Beauty Eyeliners and I definitely want to recommend this one to you because they are absolutely amazing. If you're looking for a good black eyeliner then you get this in a pot which is in the shade doodle. So, you get a white and a black eyeliner half and half in this spot which I feel is a great deal. It's a little bit expensive than a normal gel liner like L’Oréal or Maybelline but this definitely is worth it and of course this is a different formula.

Before applying you have to dip your brush in water and wet your brush then go in with this and then apply it. It’s more like we used to do with watercolors and it's really nice playing with these eyeliners. I totally love it.

SUVA Beauty UV Brights

My most favorite one from them are their colored eyeliners. There is an entire palette that you have plus they are super pigmented. I’ve used these one out they last on your eyelids for a very long time and until you actually go in with a micellar water or a cleansing balm. They won't budge and they look beautiful. If you're into colored eyeliners you can go in with this one for sure but if you want something that's black and you get an additional white because you don't run out of eyeliners that quickly.

Definitely give a try to this one.

Now let's make way for some kohl pencils or kajal pencils whatever you call them and I have 16 kajal pencil options here for you. So, firstly I am going to tell you the most affordable one that means we're going to go into the drugstore ones first and then move on to the high-end ones.

Maybelline New York The Colossal Kajal 24Hour Smudge Proof - Deep Black

BUY NOW BUY NOW

First let me tell you about the most affordable kajal pencil that I have here and this is literally 100 to 110 Rupees very easily available. This is the Colossal Kajal Pencil and it is great, it's a retractable pencil, it is so pigmented you guys and it doesn't move from its place and it sits really well. Even if you're someone who likes to wear a kajal just in your waterline this is really good.

The only thing is this does not last that long in your waterline but honestly for the price you pay you can't really complaint. It's a really good product in my opinion.

Plum NaturStudio All-Day-Wear Kohl Kajal - Black Brilliance + Free sharpener

BUY NOW BUY NOW

Then moving on I have something which is absolutely stunning. This is from Plum it is the NaturStudio All Day Wear Kohl Pencil. This is very pigmented and it is extremely buttery. If you are someone who has sensitive eyes like your eyes water when you wear a coal then try this one.

Then moving on we have one from Lakme. This is the Lakme Iconic Pencil, great option in my opinion. Again, great drugstore product and very pigmented. This one sit and blends really well. If you are someone who likes to do a smoky lower lash line you can definitely go in with this product.

Belora Paris Kohl Kiss Intense Kajal

BUY NOW BUY NOW

My current favorite kohl pencil I would say is from Belora cosmetics because it is so buttery you guys. It is absolutely amazing how buttery this kajal is.

This is actually the most pigmented one I ever had. It sits really well on the lower lash line I love using this as an eyeshadow as a black eyeshadow and then kind of smoke it out so, for my smoky eye look I have been using this so very much.

KIRO Waterproof Soft-Matte Eyeliner Pen - Carbon Black

BUY NOW BUY NOW

I have an option from the brand Kiro. This is their retractable pencil as well. It's a great option if you're looking for something that's nice and pigmented so, it's this one right here. It's very pigmented if you're looking to apply something on your lower waterline or on your upper waterline you can try this. These sits fairly well as well.

It doesn't budge that easily but the one that doesn't budge at all is the Belora one. It's a great product in my opinion, very good and very pigmented kajal pencil.

Lakme Absolute Ultimate Kohl Kajal

BUY NOW BUY NOW

Then moving on we have another option from Lakme. This is the one that comes with a smudger on the other end which I really like. This is the Lakme Absolute Ultimate Kohl Kajal. This is not a retractable pencil you have to use a sharpener with this but this is again very pigmented.

A very good color payoff, you can use this in your waterline as well. It is a fairly good formula and it sits really well in the waterline. So, the thing with cold pencils is that they don't sit for a very long time in your waterline and you have to reapply them. I feel that's the case with most of the cold pencils except a few high-end ones that I have to be honest.

The Belora one definitely worked for me in the waterline as well. Even the plum one last you a fairly long time. The smudger that you have on the other end is pretty good as well so, you can use it to smudge the kohl pencil out if you like using a smudged effect on your lower waterline.

House Of Makeup Here to Stay Longwear Kajal - Noir

BUY NOW BUY NOW

Then I have from a brand called House of Makeup. It is Here to Stay Kohl Pencil. This is a very good formula as well. It's very nice, very pigmented, great-great product in my opinion and something that doesn't water your eyes if you have sensitive eyes.

Definitely try this one out as well it doesn't irritate your eyes if you have sensitive eyes or your eyes water when you wear a kohl pencil. It’s a great product like I already said.

Stay Quirky Badass Kajal

The other one that I feel is comparable to Belora. A lot more affordable is the one from Stay Quirky. Let me tell you how buttery and pigmented this is and it is super-duper black. This comes really handy for doing a smoky eye as well. If you apply it as a black eyeshadow, it smudges out beautifully.

Max Factor Kohl Kajal Liner Automatic Pencil - 001 Black

BUY NOW BUY NOW

Then moving on I have a kajal this is a Kohl Kajal Liner from the brand Max Factor. This is a new launch it is a beautiful, very pigmented eyeliner. This blends out really well. It's absolutely black and gorgeous that's what I like about this.

All the options that I’ve mentioned in this blog mostly all of them are smudge proof. They're water resistant as well and they're extremely black formulas.

Colorbar Mesmereyes Kajal – Black 001

BUY NOW BUY NOW

The last option for a kohl pencil in the affordable section would be from Colorbar. This is their mesmereyes Kajal black 001. Again, very pigmented and definitely from the drugstore so, it's affordable, it's jet black, sits really well on your waterline as well.

Now moving on to some of the high-end options that I have.

M.A.C in Extreme Dimension 24hr Kajal Eye Liner

The first option in the high-end section is from Mac I have two Kajal’s from Mac here. The first one is the Mac Extreme Black Dimension 24-hour kajal. This is the new launch and this is so pigmented guys. I loved using this on my lower waterline.

It's very pigmented, it stays on your waterline for a very good time as well and it sits really beautifully as well. It doesn't move that much and definitely doesn't water the eyes.

Smashbox Always on Gel Liner

BUY NOW BUY NOW

Then moving on I have another one before I tell you the mac one, I want to mention you the mini version. This is from Smashbox its their Always on gel eyeliner. This is again a very pigmented formula much more pigmented than the Mac one. I love the Mac one as well but this is a great product. It sits really well, it blends out really well so, if you like to do a smoky eye effect on your lower lash line or upper lash line go in with this one.

It blends out like a dream and of course this particular Smashbox one actually sits very well also. So, once it dries out it basically sits like a gel eyeliner on your eyelids or on your lower lash line wherever you want to use it.

 M.A.C Technakohl Liner - Graphblack

BUY NOW BUY NOW

Coming back, another one from Mac, it is a very popular one from them. This is the Graphblack Technakohl liner. It's an eyeliner and a kajal so, you can use all your kajal pencils as eyeliners as well of course. It's really nice black, very pigmented. This is one of their most popular products as well and I really feel this is a good one at that.

Now when it comes to casual pencils, I don't stick to one I actually keep trying different ones so, if you ask me which is the one, I reach out for the most. I honestly use a lot of different ones of these but Belora one is my favorite the Smashbox one and this one from Mac is a personal favorite as well.

Too Faced Killer Kajal - Black

The other one that I have been using quite a lot recently is this one which is from a new launch from Too Faced it's the Killer Kajal. It's a retractable pencil but very pigmented and when I say it's pigmented, I mean it's super-duper pigmented. It's jet black and sits really well. Once it sits on your eyes it settles on your eyes doesn't move, doesn't budge, it's a great water-resistant formula as well.

So, I like using my kajal pencils different ways, you can of course use them as eyeliners but my most favorite way to use them is underneath the lower lash line so a reverse wing basically. I use it as a kohl underneath my lash line and then I smoke it out and also make a wing.

I really like doing that and every time I want to step out and I am not wearing makeup I would just put some kohl and then just smudge it out. I think it's very easy, very quick, intensifies the look of your eyes and it makes your eyes look a lot more in shape and just something that you can do very quickly.

So, I like quick makeup like I said so this is something that's super quick. If you're looking for something that's jet black honestly, I would say, go in for the Too Faced one, you can go in for the Max Factor, of course I’ve told you many different options Smashbox one is a great option as well.

Then I wanted to talk about you two brown colored kohl pencils which you can use as eyeshadow, eyeliners and also as a brown eyeliner or a kajal pencil underneath your lower waterline and just smudge it out two of these. My most favorite both of these are above the thousand-rupee range so that's why I call them high-end.

Charlotte Tilbury Rock 'N' Kohl - Barbarella Brown

BUY NOW BUY NOW

The first one is the Charlotte Tilbury Rock N Roll. It's a beautiful, very pigmented brown pencil. This comes really handy if you want to do a smoky eye effect as well as this one right here it's really nice and it blends out really nicely. I love using this whenever I am doing a brown smoky eye in my lower waterline it sits really well and doesn't budge

Sephora Retractable Waterproof Eyeliner - 10 Matte Brown Black

The last cold pencil that I have here is this one from Sephora. It is basically a retractable brown pencil but has a little bit of glitter to it and it also has a smudger on the other end. I love using this when I do my glittery eyeshadow looks especially brown ones. It's really nice and a very pigmented formula.

It has a very slight glitter to it so, you get that beautiful glittery look as well. If you are someone who likes to experiment with your eyeliner sometimes, you like to do a brown one instead of a black one right so, you can definitely try this.

So, my beauties with that it's a wrap. That was a very detailed night skin care routine from a skincare die heart fan and a passionate skincare lover. If you have any questions for me, feel free to leave them in the comment section below and until I see you next.

Take good care of yourself and your skin, and don’t forget to love yourself.

TOP 6 AFFORDABLE FOUNDATIONS FOR ALL SKIN TYPES

by , in

Hi my beauties!

I hope you guys are having a happy start of the week and wish you all have a great and happy week ahead.

Today’s blog is on my most favorite top six drugstore foundations for you guys. I wanted to make it a top five but there's one foundation that I just couldn't miss, so here's a top six. Now drugstore has a lot of price ranges out there. Some are super affordable foundation and then there are some mid-range foundations as well.

You will find a mix of both and not just that while picking up these foundations I did bear in mind different skin types. So, whether you are oily, combination or dry skin I am very hopeful that you will be able to find a foundation which will work very well on your skin type.

We are going to be talking about the consistencies, the longevity, how the foundation sits on the skin so on and so forth.

Now if you're new here make sure you're subscribed to my blog by submitting your email because that's how you're going to know every time I post a new blog. Do also follow me on my Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn account links are already mentioned on my page and now without further ado let's dive right into this blog.

1. Maybelline Fit Me Foundation

BUY NOW BUY NOW

The first foundation that I am going to talk about is super popular at the drugstore and it's quite likely that a lot of you already own this foundation and rightly so. What I am talking about is the Maybelline Fit Me Matte and Polish foundation and you have 18 shades option in this one.

The reason why this foundation is because I feel it is super-duper popular, it is very affordable for the quantity you get and you also get a mini size a smaller version in this foundation which also is something that I have.

I really like the consistency firstly the shade that I use is a warm nude 128. This is a perfect match for me. There are 18 different shades as I already told you in the beginning and the shade chart have the variety of shades that are also pretty decent for Indian skin. It's likely that you will find a shade for yourself.

In my opinion it surely isn't matte, on my skin it sits like a demi matte finish and has a very soft do to itself. If you do apply some sort of a strobe cream or a facial oil this gives a beautiful luminous kind of a finish and lasts for a fairly long time.  The consistency of the foundation is medium it's neither too runny nor too thick.

I personally like to blend out my foundations with a beauty sponge and I’ve always stuck to that. The beauty sponge that I really like is the one that has a flat bend like a flat side on one side and pointed on the other. So, pointed is for areas around your nose and underneath your eyes to blend out your concealer and then the other side is very good to pat out your foundations. These two together work really well for me.

This is a foundation which is definitely medium coverage, it's buildable but still it is medium coverage. I personally on a daily basis do not like foundations that are very heavy or full coverage because I personally like foundations in which my skin can show through and this looks super-duper natural. It has no flashback, looks great in photographs and camera. Overall a foundation that works for all skin types and something that I personally love and highly recommend.

Now when you will blend it on your skin you will see its luminosity and blends out like a dream. Even if you are someone who's a beginner to makeup this is the kind of foundation I highly recommend because if you are someone who does not have a sponge or any sort of an applicator or a tool to blend out your foundation this blends out with your fingers also very easily.

2. Maybelline Super Stay Foundation

BUY NOW BUY NOW

The second drugstore foundation also quite popular is the Maybelline Super Stay Foundation. I am in the shade 220 natural beige. This has nine shades in it, firstly this bottle comes with a pump and so does the Maybelline Fit Me. Now thankfully I have to repurchase the fit me because I’ve used so many bottles of that. Coming back to this foundation it's a solid full coverage guys if you're looking for a good affordable full coverage foundation this definitely makes the cut.

This has great consistency neither too thick nor too thin it's in between and blends out really well as well. As I said I personally like to blend out all my foundations with a beauty sponge. This one in particular I have tried with a stippling brush, works fairly well, sits on the skin very well as well and lasts for a fairly long time without cracking and has no flashback.

The greatest part of the story is even besides being full coverage and it's buildable as well it does not sit in the lines in your smile lines or around the nose area right here. Overall, it gives a flawless finish, looks great if you are someone who likes to click pictures or on camera in general because like I said has no flashback.

The only con about this foundation at least on me is that it oxidizes a little bit. I think if you are someone who's looking for a good full coverage foundation, I highly recommend this but make sure that you're going for a little bit lighter color. In fact, I feel whatever your color may be in the Fit Me range the similar color is something that you can definitely pick up in this one as well.

Maybelline Super stay has a very beautiful satin finish, it's not super matte at least on my skin. If you're someone with oily skin type then this is a full coverage foundation you definitely should try, if you are someone who's dry skin type make sure you hydrate your skin really well and that goes for any full coverage foundation that you're using just make sure that your skin is well hydrated.

Use some sort of a strobe cream or at least some sort of a facial oil so that the foundation doesn't cake and sits really well and for a longer time on your skin.

3. Nykaa Skin Shield Anti-Pollution Foundation

BUY NOW BUY NOW

Moving on to the third drugstore foundation what I have here for you is the Nykaa Skin Shield Anti-Pollution foundation. There are 15 shades in this range. When I bought this foundation, I have to be honest I did not have very high hopes. I just read the reviews and bought it but the foundation did surprise me pleasantly.

Firstly, it's medium to buildable coverage which is what I like. This is also the kind of foundation if you are someone like me who likes a little bit of light coverage and likes your skins to show through. This is the kind of foundation you are likely to love because this has a very soft satin on my skin, a sort of a luminosity it gives to my skin, a kind of a finish I personally really like. The formulation sits for a fairly long time.

There are two cons for me in this particular foundation number one is that it oxidizes a little bit. This particular shade warm nude is a tad bit dark for me however it doesn't turn gray so it's fine. It's something usable and like I said because I like the consistency which is medium, not too thick and I like the way it sits on the skin.

I do like to use this foundation quite a lot the other con is that although the foundation range has 15 different shades, the color chart is a little bit different and I feel it's a little bit hard to put your finger on the color that will go on your skin tone. So, if you are lucky enough to find your color in this range, I would highly recommend this foundation simply because of the consistency of the formula that you have here blends in beautifully.

Again, I use a beauty sponge to blend this out has a satin finish doesn't crack, doesn't cake on the skin, doesn't sit into your lines, settle into your lines and overall gives a very beautiful finish. Photographs fairly well as well has no flashback overall.

The Nykaa foundation is also something that will work for most skin types and since this is not super-duper matte has a fairly beautiful dewy sort of a finish. Even if you are dry skin, you are likely to appreciate this foundation quite a lot.

4. Milani Conceal and Perfect 2-in-o1 Foundation

BUY NOW BUY NOW

Moving on to our fourth foundation and this is a full coverage foundation from the drugstore in my opinion. This is the best solid coverage foundation that you have in the drugstore, a little bit mid-range but worth every single penny and is also one of my personal favorites. What I am talking about is the Milani Conceal and Perfect two-in-one foundation.

There are seven shades and the reason why I say this that it's worth every single penny is firstly this is the foundation that it photographs beautifully, looks great on the camera, it is a solid full coverage. Many a times I would not even use my concealer with this foundation. I would just go ahead and conceal with this so the name suggests it's a concealer and a foundation rightly so.

The other thing is I love how it sits on my skin, it has a little bit of a satin dewy finish and that's what I like about foundations. Even though it is a full coverage foundation it still is lightweight and your skin can breathe.  However, this is going to cover every damn thing, if you have a scar or you have any sort of hyperpigmentation this is the kind of foundation you can definitely go in for.

If you are a bride to be or you're looking for an occasional foundation for the festive season something that's a little bit more than the light coverage then this is something you can definitely go in for. Also, it doesn't sit in between the lines. The smile lines that i was referring to in the other foundations as well no flashback whatsoever.

In fact, I feel this is one of those foundations that photographs beautifully in my opinion and really has no con except a little bit of a strong chemically kind of a fragrance that this has but the moment you apply it on the face that also fades away. That's the only con I could pick up.

It comes with a pump so it's pretty easy to pump out the product and also it goes a little bit long way guys. Out of all the foundations that I’ve showed you this is the one that I use the least, so a little bit can be spread out. It beautifully works well with my beauty sponge and tried this for a more solid coverage of with a brush as well as stippling brush definitely that gives you a little more coverage. But I personally like I said prefer my beauty sponge with this one as well.

Again, a foundation that will work on all skin types if your dry skin make sure you hydrate your skin underneath. This I feel is especially meant for anyone who has problematic skin, you have acne scars, you have hyperpigmentation or if you have any sort of scarring this is definitely the kind of product you can invest in.

5. L.A Girl Pro Coverage Illuminating Liquid Foundation

Moving on to the fifth foundation from the drugstore what I have here is the L.A. Girl Pro Coverage HD illuminating foundation. There are 16 shades in this foundation and the shade chart is pretty decent as well so you are likely to find a color that will be suitable for your skin. The shade that I am in is nude beige. Firstly, this color is a perfect match for my skin, this is the kind of foundation that I personally absolutely adore simply because I love foundations that give that illuminating sort of a dewy finish to your skin, a glow from within kind of a finish.

This is super-duper dewy if you are dry skin, you will love this foundation. The only thing is if you're looking for high coverage then let me tell you this is not high coverage but it's definitely medium to buildable coverage for me. I personally like foundations in which my skin can show through and foundations that look like second skin this is exactly that guys.

A beautiful foundation and it's worth every single penny in my opinion. In winters this is the kind of foundation for my combination skin that is a dream come true. I don't have to use any sort of facial oil, any sort of stroke cream I can go in with this straight away, it's like a strobe cream mixed in foundation for my combination skin.

For dry skin also honestly, I feel if you put some sort of a very light moisturizer this is the kind of foundation that will definitely not dry your skin and if your oily skin, I would say skip it because this is likely to break on your skin or maybe not last as long. Even for my combination skin I do have to set this foundation specifically on my t-zone only in summers, in winters it works perfectly all right and is also fairly long lasting.

Now this foundation is a little bit runny in the consistency and it blends out like a dream and you will see it is extremely beautiful in terms of the texture. But like I said if your oily skin this may be a way bit too much for your skin to handle.

It is something I personally really like and appreciate. One another reason why I like the L.A. Girl Foundation is that it comes in a pump. I personally really find it very hygienic to use. Foundations that come in a pump, they are easy to dispense and you can control the amount that you want to take in one go.

6. Wet n wild Photo Focus foundation

Moving on to the sixth foundation and also, the last foundation for this blog. This is the foundation that I was a little bit confused about whether or not to add to this list but I eventually did. Looking at the price, the quantity and also the quality that you get here from the drugstore what I am talking about is the Wet and wild Photo Focus foundation.

I am in the shade golden beige and there are seven shades in this range. Firstly, the color is a pretty decent match for my skin it is perfect for me in winters and a little bit light in summers. But I do bronze my face really well whenever I use it or I mix some of the darker foundations and then apply it on my face.

The consistency is a little bit thick therefore I highly recommend using a beauty sponge versus a brush for applying this. Now this is a solid full coverage guys but it is medium coverage as well so you can build it up and build it down as well. Simply because of the consistency of this product if you do one layer and you're good to go this is going to be a little bit more than medium coverage but you can definitely build it up to be a super full coverage foundation as well.

It is a super affordable foundation the reason why I say that because it is mostly on discount everywhere. I actually picked this up on discount. You get great quantity; the consistency of this foundation is way too thick. So, if you don't like very thick foundations then this may not be the foundation for you but overall does the job and spreads out fairly well with a beauty sponge.

I personally would highly recommend if you are someone who wants a high coverage go for Wet n Wild, if you are someone who likes medium coverage or something in which your skin can show through then go for Maybelline Fit Me and that's the reason why I put this in the list.

The other corn here other than the consistency which I find too thick is the fragrance. Now the fragrance is way bit too chemically if you know what I mean. It's like you're smelling something too chemically and it's a little bit too strong. The moment you apply it on your face it just obviously vanishes off it doesn't linger on the foundation.

Overall stays for a fairly long time as well doesn't crack, doesn't settle in your lines and overall a pretty decent foundation to have guys. Also, this has a little bit a very tiny bit of flashback when you're taking pictures but if you find the right shade for yourself, I feel overall this is the kind of full coverage foundation that can definitely work for you. Even though this is a thick foundation it spreads out really well. The finish also is not too matte, it's really nice beautiful and satin finish.

So, guys with that it's a wrap I really hope that you enjoyed reading this blog and were able to pick up a foundation for yourself. Until then I see you next in my new blog guys thank you so much for reading my blog love you all and don’t forget to love yourself.
